Terms of Service
The short version
eduggle generates question papers and study material using AI. It is a drafting tool for teachers, not a replacement for one. Always review what eduggle produces before you give it to a student. You are responsible for the material you hand out.
1. Who we are
eduggle ("eduggle", "we", "us") is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Delhi, India. You can reach us at infoeduggle@gmail.com. These Terms govern your use of eduggle.com and any related services.
2. Accepting these terms
By using eduggle you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are using eduggle on behalf of a school, coaching centre or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a payment. eduggle is built for teachers, tutors and parents — not for direct use by children.
3. What eduggle does
eduggle lets you generate question papers, answer keys and study material for a chosen board, class, subject and chapter. You may optionally upload a chapter PDF so the output is grounded in that specific text. The output is delivered as a PDF you download.
4. AI-generated content — please read this one
Everything eduggle produces is generated by an AI language model. AI models can and do make mistakes. They can state something incorrectly, misnumber a question, get a calculation wrong, or produce content that does not match your syllabus edition.
- You must review and verify every paper and every answer key before using it with students, in an exam, or for assessment.
- eduggle runs an automated self-check on each generation and flags what it is unsure about. That flag is a helpful signal, not a guarantee of correctness.
- We make no promise that the output matches any particular board's official syllabus, marking scheme, blueprint or paper pattern.
- eduggle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBSE, NCERT, ICSE, CISCE or any state education board. References to these boards describe the curriculum a document is aimed at, nothing more.
5. Material you upload
When you upload a chapter PDF, the text is extracted inside your own browser. Only that extracted text is sent to our servers to guide the generation, and we do not store it after the document is produced. The PDF file itself never leaves your device.
You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload. Do not upload material you are not permitted to copy. If you upload copyrighted textbook content, you confirm you are doing so for your own permitted teaching use.
eduggle does not host or distribute textbook PDFs. Where we link to NCERT's own website, we are linking to material NCERT itself publishes.
6. Your account
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person or one coaching centre. Please do not share credentials to get around plan limits.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
7. Plans, downloads and payment
eduggle offers a free tier with a limited number of downloads and paid plans with higher limits. Current plans, limits and prices are shown on our plans page and may change from time to time. Changes do not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.
8. Using eduggle fairly
Please do not:
- resell, sublicense or redistribute eduggle itself as your own product;
- use automated scripts to generate documents in bulk beyond normal teaching use;
- attempt to break, probe or overload our systems;
- use eduggle to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, or inappropriate for a school setting;
- misrepresent eduggle output as officially issued by a board or examination body.
Documents you generate are yours to use in your teaching, print, and share with your own students. That is exactly what eduggle is for.
9. Availability
We aim to keep eduggle running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service down for maintenance, and we depend on third-party providers whose outages are outside our control. We may add, change or remove features.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, eduggle is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content that you did not review.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using eduggle and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it. If we close your account without cause during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email. Continuing to use eduggle after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
